Seraphim Designs Terms and Conditions.

1. Seraphim Designs guarantees design compatibility with BLOGGER and MOZILLA FIREFOX browser, Version 1.5.0.2 and above ONLY. Although templates may work perfectly well in any other browser or may work for another blog host, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE that they will.

2. Seraphim Designs nor any of its staff, partners or associates will take any responsibility for the content of any blog using any one of our designs.

3. Seraphim Designs offers FREE, (that is, completely without payment expectation in either cash or any other form,) LINKWARE templates. If the link to Seraphim Designs is removed then the template is henceforth treated as a CUSTOM DESIGN and appropriate charges will apply.

4. Seraphim Designs does not offer any other service than linkware and custom blog and website templates; and does NOT offer maintenance for any design once applied to the clients blog or website. However if bugs are discovered in the current version, Seraphim Designs will contact clients to offer the new version WITHOUT CHARGE.

5. Seraphim Designs will never send spam emails or divulge client email addresses to any third party or company without prior written consent of the client. Client email addresses are kept on our files only for use in the case of bugs being discovered in templates. (See section 4.)

6. Seraphim Designs may choose to change its Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Seraphim Designs will have an announcement displayed prominently on the opening page of our site announcing that any changes have been made for ONE MONTH after this.

7. CUSTOM TEMPLATE DESIGNS are sold ONCE ONLY, for the price stated on the individual design page ON THE DATE OF ORDER. For templates violating section 3 the price per template is $50 (Fifty US Dollars).

8. Payment terms for Custom Template designs are by request only.

9. Seraphim Designs has a NO REFUNDS policy except in the case of error on our behalf, the validity of which is decided by our staff.

So, you have been browsing through the templates and spotted one you like. Great! That is, after all, what they are there for.

But how do you get it for yourself?

Fear not, the answer is here.

STEP ONE: On the top of the page containing the design you like, there is a name and a 6 digit code. Copy this onto the clipboard. (Highlight the text and right click with the mouse, then select 'copy' from the list.)

STEP TWO: Click on the 'Get A Template!' link at the bottom of the sidebar. This will open your email client, whatever you have set to use as default. Paste the text you copied into the body of the message. (Right click in the space with the mouse, then select 'paste' from the list.)
Beneath this, type the URL of the site on which you wish to use the template. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Here at Seraphim Designs we like to check how our templates are being used, for copyright and legal reasons. Add any other message you would like too, and send. Please just tell us if you would like us to install your template for you.

STEP THREE: Wait for your confirmation email - a maximum of 48 hours, usually 24 or less. Unless you asked for installation, this will contain your code in a ZIP file.
